July 2020 Blood Test Results

by Maggie Jones

My blood test at the end of July showed that my cancer tumor markers are still well within the normal range. While I’m technically overdue for updated PET-CT scans, I feel confident putting them off for a few more months unless I have new symptoms.

I’ve been focused on healing my methane-dominate SIBO and am thrilled to report that I’ve been symptom free for a week. It’s been absolutely glorious and I’ll post my protocol soon.

Brad finished his MBA coursework at London Business School so we took a magical roadtrip through the Scottish highlands.

We’re finally settled back down for a bit. I’m back to writing and seeing clients while he looks for the job that will determine our next destination.

I can’t help but feel a bit guilty for being in a position to enjoy this period of self-isolation while so many are suffering. I hope more are able to share this sense of peace, safety and healing soon.

So good to hear from you!! I think too many people reported my fasting content on Instagram and I was throttled to around 2 likes/ comments per minute. I’m hoping a little time off will get me back in good graces. I miss everyone!!

Thank you for starting this blog, I think people like you are transforming the standard care of cancer. I am also had cancer and I have done largely all that you have done, focusing on fasting and prayer. At the time I did not know about the keto diet, but I believe that my diet most likely resulted in a GKI index in the therapeutic range. These days I am measuring my blood glucose and ketones and I was curious if you posted your values anywhere on the site. If you did not, would you mind posting these results, so people like me could get additional insight?
