No diet is a cure for cancer. Nevertheless, what and how you eat can make an enormous impact on your overall health and well-being.
Studies have shown that a ketogenic diet during treatment improves outcomes including overall survival in late-stage cancer patients. At the same time, evidence shows that a whole foods, plant-based diet has undeniable benefits. Keto for cancer and whole-foods, plant based eating are not mutually exclusive and can, in fact, be combined, along with intermittent fasting, to optimize GKI. I personally credit an enormous part of my healing to this way of eating.
